Downtime Rates

  • Downtime rates apply when there's a break in the timeline or multiple venues.

    • Ceremony / Brunch at Venue A ends at 12pm

    • Reception at Venue B begins at 5pm

  • These timelines can place our vendors ‘on site’ (or nearby) for an extended period of time.

    • A dual venue event may yield an average amount of cumulative ‘performance hours’ though arrival time to departure time may total a 14+ hour day with set up and breakdown before and after each event.

  • Associated rates are to be used at the vendor’s discretion, sometimes applying to hotels to smooth out an early morning and late night.
